Second last day, leaving camp there is some angles on the track and I decide to get a feel for the wagon, 20 degrees feels very stable. Then its time to go check out some black sea cliffs, this is a great little side track through the fields next to the ocean. Fantastic, there is a slight breeze and I set up the awning and enjoy some ham and of course another beer. What a great trip this has been.

On my way out I get a photo of my car taken from a local tour guide who later tracked me down in Instagram to give it to me. What a champ! And a great photo too.

Finally, back in Odessa I park up for the night and prepare for my ferry ride by going out for drinks. Lol. The next day is a quite one with a short walk-through town and a stop near the water to finish the last beer in the fridge before going to customs and getting the wagon sorted. Even though it took 3 hours to sort on entry, on exit maybe an hour. Very quick and painless. I cannot say the same about the return in Turkey though. What a nightmare.

The ship sails out, this time I am prepared with a chair so I can sit on the deck at a place of my liking. I watch the waves roll by and recap on my trip through an amazing country.

We covered about 4200kms in Ukraine, although this map shows the 500km each way ocean crossing and the 500km in turkey each way as well. Sadly, Ukraine is dealing with some serious turmoil due to Russia, so I can’t say when anyone will be able to visit again, but I highly recommend when it Is possible to go have a look.
