Where to start? We start by going full tourist mode and hitting up all the Big sites so this blog will be mainly a blog with pictures and links to Wikipedia to learn about the locations.
So lets start shall we!
Stop #1: Hasht Behesht, a piece of 17th century architecture.

This over 2 days, so we also have to find a place to eat, and during ramadan this is a problem except this hotel, the Abbasi Hotel, top notch food and of course saffron ice cream.

Moving on we hit up some mosques
Stop #1: The Shah Mosque, now there is one place here where you stand and your clap echoes like mad! Very very cool spot.

Stop #2: The Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, here Asareh tells me to notice the bird on top of the ropes hanging from the celling, honestly, I’m not seeing it, but agree I guess if its abstract art, right? Anyways she’s screwing with me, it’s a standard joke to play there. Don’t fall for it fellow traveler’s!!!

We of course wander through the town stopping at the Khajoo bridge before making our way to a service center for an oil change. A stunning few days in a lovely city. I feel i need to add, on our exit, we are in the right hand turn lane, waiting, when a lady on my left pulls up and speaks english to us, thanking us for visiting her country and that she hopes we continue to have a great trip, right after we are like yes what a lovely woman, she then promptly wedges her car in front of mine and cuts us off for the turn. LOL. we laughed, its just how it is here sometimes.
